| Description: | Responsible for the supervision of the teller area. May perform all teller functions on a limited basis. Solve escalated member problems and/or help with complex member questions or work-related matters. Guide and advise tellers in the efficient handling of member needs and accurate transactional porocesses.

| Duties: | |
| Qualifications: | High school diploma; higher education preferred.
Previous bank or credit union management experiences preferred.
Strong knowledge of deposit accounts, IRA, health savings, and loan products and services.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Typing, 10-key, Microsoft Office applications, telephone skills, and the ability to pay attention to detail.
Experience with staff development and training
Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal, written and listening skills
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
