The Financial Services Advisor assists members with opening and servicing accounts, cross sells financial products/services through profiling member, prepare and close consumer loan requests and resolve problems. The responsibility of this position is to advise members on their financial options and present solutions to their financial questions. Adhere to all Federal and State laws and regulations governing applicable to the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
