| Description: | Responsible for examining, evaluating, and recommending approval or disapproval of member loan applications. Ensuring that loan policies, procedures, services and products meet federal and state regulations. Employees also are responsible for reviewing delinquent loan reports, contacting members and arranging for payments on overdue accounts.

| Duties: | Assists members with information regarding loans to ensure the application is complete. Obtains and reviews credit reports when members submit loan applications. Analyzes loan applications using a loan worksheet and debt ratios. Verifies employment, when necessary, of persons applying for loans. Explains loan programs to members, evaluating their needs and recommending loan options. Determines market value of collateral to be used for secured loans. Reviews loan applications, determining approval or denial, within established guidelines. Ensures each loan is processed accurately by making sure that each one is properly documented, closed, disbursed, and coordinated. Monitors payment arrangements and responds to general mail requests and inquiries. Assists with the collection process when necessary. Responds to telephone calls regarding payment notices and delinquent accounts. Resolves member complaints and explains reasons for denial and explores counter-offers for members when loans are denied. Prepares and sends out loan turn down letters citing reasons for refusal. Assists members in working out loan arrangements, extensions and modifications to existing loans. File UCC on the Internet. Orders 2nd Mortgage Loan Documents, prepares home equity line of credit.
