| Description: | Assists with the preparation of financial statements, as scheduled or directed.

| Duties: | Reconciles the general ledger accounts daily and monthly ensuring accuracy and all items over 30 days are cleared. Maintaining daily, weekly, and/or monthly reconciling lists and records.
Prepare monthly Statistical information for financial statements, ensuring accuracy, analysis, and timeliness.
Prepare information and reporting for monthly board packet.
Processes, prints, posts or reconciles various accounting activities as necessary, including: remittance of credit life/credit disability insurance premium reports, SEG payroll, shared branch exception report, bill payer, money orders and travelers checks, other accounting duties and processes.
Ensuring all accounting records are accurately kept for month end - Recording and posting of monthly accruals consistently and accurately, and, assisting in paying accounts payable invoices and checking coding for accuracy.
Submits bi-annual reporting to Raddon, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Assists in the development and implementation of the Accounting Department annual business plan goals. Takes responsibility for assigned department goals and ensures they tasks are completed by required deadline.
Skills/ Requirements
Education/Experience: Bachelors Degree with major in accounting or equivalent work experience recent and related work experience a plus! Must be able to work flexible hours. Must be bondable.
