Description:This position is 40 hrs/week: M-F from 8 to 5 at our Tempe Headquarters.

Individual will be assisting in the day to day operational functions of the mortgage lending department as well as cross train in other functions to act as a backup in a manner so as to accomplish company & department goals and directives in order to achieve maximum profits and member / customer satisfaction.

Duties:1. Checking and distributing incoming mail daily.
2. Picking up package deliveries from the front desk.
3. Scanning signed closing packages into ImageFlow.
4. Forwarding Fannie Mae Notes to Secondary Marketing.
5. Shipping files to our sub-servicer and to investors.
6. Following up with post-closing or trailing documents to make sure we timely receive them, log them in our system, and scan them into records.
7. Follow credit union policies for compliance with all laws and regulations, specifically, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, Security Policies and Confidentiality Policies.
Qualifications:Education:
High school Diploma or GED preferred or related experience in business

Experience:
1-2 years of mortgage experience preferred, however a combination of education and general office experience is acceptable.

Knowledge and Skills:
Microsoft Office-Excel, Word and PowerPoint. General Computer and office equipment experience including scanning and working in a network environment, along with the ability to search the internet. Basic accounting.
