Produces designs on brand and with high visual impact in support of the organizations strategic marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives, to help drive revenue. Required execution of all initiatives includes managing a complex series of steps to be implemented in a timely manner, within budget and on brand while meeting regulatory requirements. |
| Duties: | Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Uses knowledge of design software to produce graphic art, visual materials and videos for promotions for a variety of outlets including the Web site, print, digital and social media. Creates promotional displays, marketing collateral, presentations, events, corporate reports and retail merchandising. Designs logos for products and business needs. Develops signs and environmental graphics. Selects colors, images, textures and shapes to create the layout. Selects the size and arrangement of the different elements. Employs color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing project. Creates designs that engage, attract and sell.
Meets with Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, and marketing team to assist in establishing a vision for product and design. Submits drafts to department lead for editing and compliance review and to Vice President for final approval.
Manages print production and trafficking of all files. Collaborates with vendors and obtains at least three quotes from printers.
Manages stock photography and inventory management of print, corporate wear and premiums.
Remains abreast of technological advances in the field and able to identify areas of use within the organization. Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
Performs other related duties as assigned. |
