| Duties: | Our Collectors are responsible for projecting, promoting and sustaining an atmosphere that sets the standard for high quality service to both external and internal members. These representatives make a high number of outbound phone calls to our members, handling accounts that are delinquent and making arrangements to bring past due accounts current.
This is a full-time employee position. Individuals in our full-time Collector positions work a 40-hour week scheduled between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Fridays, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. alternating Saturdays. |
| Qualifications: | The position requires excellent communication and member service skills, attention to detail and accuracy. The employee must work well under stress in a fast paced environment. Your ability to be diplomatic and provide customer service while being assertive when speaking with our credit union members on the phone is also required. Prior collections experience, is highly preferred. Solid PC, MS Word and MS Excel skills are a must. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
