Duties:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Position will supervise all pre and post-closing items within the Mortgage Department.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. All Supervisors are hands on supervisors
2. Accurately manage and assist the doc preparation pipeline-keeping doc preparation to less than 24 hours
3. Manage and assist the loan funding pipeline
4. Manage and assist shipping loans to investors, servicers and note custodians
5. Loan Purchasing-Responsible for the purchase of loans sold to investors. Loans must be purchased prior to lock expirations.
a. Pre-and Post-purchase condition management.
6. Note Custodian
a. Ship Notes to FNMA loans
b. Manage notes for portfolio loans
7. Servicing
a. Service all 2nd mortgages and challenged 1st mortgages
8. Loan Payoffs and Subordinations
9. Re-Conveyance/Deed Releases
10. Manage the recordings of all second mortgages
11. Daily reporting
Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or above

Experience: 5+ years of mortgage doc preparation, funding, shipping, loan purchase and
servicing
