| Duties: | Responsible for building relationships with members, cash drawer, performing transactions, high level clerical duties, and learning financial services.
Assists members by answering questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. |
| Qualifications: | Experience -None necessary
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
Must have good oral & written communication skills.
Must be good with detail for account numbers and member names.
Must be able to operate general office equipment including, 10-key calculator by touch, type 25 words per minute, copier, fax, & computer.
Must be proficient in Office Products, such as, Outlook, Word & Excel.
Demonstrate ability to perform work in an accurate and efficient manner. |
