Assist the Director of Lending & Operations with all activities related to the of the Operations & Lending departments and the management of employees. Assist in the development & execution in Operation & Lending policies & procedures.
Coach, mentor & train front line staff and assist in meeting credit union goals & objectives.

Duties: | Assist the Director of Lending & Operations monitor Operations & Lending activities and departmental staff to ensure the credit union meets established sales goals & objectives. Also assist in product quality and delivery and take action to resolve any service related problems. Monitors both department's activities to ensure compliance with White Crown FCU policies & procedures as well as all federal regulations.
Ensure White Crown FCU members are receiving the highest quality of service & that the departments are meeting departmental and individual sales goals. Reviews loan applications prepared by staff and approves/denies all lending applications within approval limits. Helps front line staff resolve account & cash drawer balancing & is responsible for the management & balancing of the vault.
Coach, mentor, & train frontline staff & scheduling of activities within the Lending & Operations departments. Assist the Director of Lending & Operations with production of periodic reports, and monthly lending & operations reports.
Responsible for maintaining & overseeing of the Debit/ATM card portfolio, IRA portfolio & operational compliance. |
Qualifications: | Experience: Two to five years of similar or related experience.
Education: A two year college degree or equivalent work experience.
Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is of a personal or sensitive nature. Work involves motivating & influencing others.
Other Skills: Must have an in-depth understanding of & the ability to interpret regulations affection credit union lending & operation programs. Extensive knowledge in lending & operations practices & procedures. Must have good communication skills. |
