|Description:||This position is the primary technical resource responsible for assisting in the implementation, coordination and ongoing operation of the financial data processing systems and applications interfacing with the core system. Working in conjunction with the customer and vendor, troubleshoot complex system issues identifying the problem and providing reliable solutions for the technical issue to the customer’s satisfaction. The position provides escalated support from the service desk, and assists with the integration of savings and loan products for the Credit Union. Establishes and cultivates productive working relationships through exceptional customer service, tact, and diplomacy while providing service excellence to members, employees, and business associates; demonstrating the values shown on TruWest’s Vision, Mission Values card.|
|Duties:||Knowledge and Skills: The position requires the ability to accurately and quickly analyze information, problems, and assess appropriate course of action. This position requires a thorough knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures, related financial services and applications. The qualified candidate will have a working knowledge of computer software applications that could include: Microsoft Office, database applications, SQL, HTML, electronic form generation, data mining tools, and scripting languages. Previous help desk experience is also required. Understanding of workflow applications and setup is necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced deployment services environment. This position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize workload, work independently as well as within a team environment, and the ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information. |
Education: Associate’s Degree preferred. Demonstrated successful experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
Experience: Requires a minimum of three years’ experience managing, supporting and implementing applications with extensive employee, customer and vendor contact. Minimum of three years’ experience with electronic document creation, workflow and real-time and batch environment financial data processing system is required.
