| Duties: | 1. Create or maintain SSIS packages.
2. Create or modify reports in SSRS and assist internal customers with report issues.
3. Create or maintain data cube objects.
4. Monitor and administer Microsoft SQL Databases.
5. Manage improvements related to our data warehouse environment.
6. Provide strategies that promote solutions to increase member satifaction through data mining.
7. Monitor and manage legacy Business Objects Reporting server.
8. Support legacy Crystal Reports as needed.
9. Understanding of Agile Principles and Framework.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (senior management, management, front line staff)
12. Is resourceful and proactive in collecting information
13. Ability to multi-task and prioritize to handle numerous responsibilities with little direction
14. Aptitude to be self-motivated and work well independently
15. Willing to share relevant technical knowledge and experiences to team mates
