Position Summary: Perform maintenance, administrative and security functions for the Facilities Department in support of the entire Credit Union. Weekend and off hours work required on occasion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Facilities maintenance duties: • Inspect branches for maintenance, safety, and security • Setup conference rooms for events and meetings • Perform minor and general maintenance • Schedule vehicle maintenance • Schedule vendors and ensure completion of work for: HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other vendors Administrative duties: • Invoice control – organize and route invoices for payment • Schedule vendors and ensure completion of work for: water, coffee, vending machines • Arrange for usernames and passwords with vendors for: office supplies, business cards, rubber stamps, refreshments, etc. • Facilitate internal work orders • Back up mailroom duties (when courier is out): Internal mail sorting and delivery • Receive shipments and deliveries • Perform ergonomic evaluations & equipment installations • Central Supply – order and receive collateral materials and reconcile inventory annually, communicate with marketing department, and compile monthly / annual reports • Front desk coverage as needed Maintain security equipment (backup role) • Assist Security Specialist to: schedule vendors, change sensor batteries, focus cameras, prepare badges and control access to facilities Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements: 1-2 years of facilities/administrative experience; proficient with Microsoft Office; basic building maintenance skills; verbal and written communication skills; current driver’s license and safe driving record.
