•The Market President, Northern Colorado leads Elevations’ market entry and development activities in our new markets in the City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, and portions of Weld County. Achieves success by initiating and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders and potential partners inside and outside the organization to achieve the goals identified in our Strategic Plan, Enterprise Business Plan, and Northern Colorado Business Plans.
•Adopts and champions Elevations Credit Union’s Core Values, and relentlessly and passionately sells the Core Purpose, Vision, Value Proposition and strategies of Elevations Credit Union in his/her areas of responsibility.
•Adopts, endorses, and nurtures Elevations’ unique culture and ‘The Elevations Way’ to insure the region’s staff and members benefit from our award-winning approaches. Ensures continuity and consistency with the entire organization in the areas of leadership approaches, employee engagement, member loyalty efforts, and driving financial results.
•Ensures the team drives member loyalty through an in-depth understanding of Satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores, Share of Wallet measures, and creating “WOW!” experiences through the ‘Elevations Way’ methodologies and processes.
•Works with internal business line partners overseeing Retail Banking, Lending, and Marketing to help develop and recommend business plans, budgets and goals. Participates in the development of a market-specific business plan with senior management and internal partners.
•Responsible for top-line revenue performance of the region across multiple channels and markets, shared with channel and product leaders. Aggressively develops new business opportunities with the greatest potential for competitive advantage, market penetration, revenue generation, and financial viability. Targets business and commercial banking opportunities that align with organizational policies and resources.
•Works to increase employee retention, engagement and to create opportunities for leadership and career growth. •Participates in leadership in key community activities including charitable work, The Elevations Foundation, and other local service programs to develop community goodwill and engagement.
•Provides leadership for and participates in Business Development activities including community events, Elevations seminars, and events with key business partners in the community.
•Continually scans the market and shows understanding of key market drivers and emerging trends.
•Corrals energy and a sense of urgency toward desired results; continually assists others with performance gaps; works relentlessly to overcome obstacles.
•Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
•MBA or Graduate School of Banking certification a plus
•Formal credit, leadership, sales, or development training a plus Knowledge, Experience & Skills
•10+ years’ banking / financial services experience with 5 years in a market or senior leadership capacity with (a) progressive financial organization(s) •
A minimum of five years in-market history of proven leadership, as evidenced by successfully growing and building a banking/financial services organization in the Northern Colorado/Fort Collins market.
•Experience working in a bank or credit union with mature processes and operations and successfully leveraging business partners within an organization to achieve shared goals
•Proven leadership experience with developing, motivating, and guiding a team to attain successful outcomes and shared business objectives.
•Significant experience leading leaders as well as cross functional teams in a multi-location/market/channel business. •In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in commercial and business deposit services and lending.
•Positive reputation and a demonstrated history of significant Fort Collins community involvement in leadership roles, and possesses significant business relationships with key centers of influence in the community.
•Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of banking technology trends and their impact to the business. REPORTING
