| Description: | To assist members and potential members with solutions requested that may include financial transactions, establishment of new accounts, responding to complaints and problems, processing loan applications, providing knowledge and expertise regarding member questions, supporting processing and reporting functions of the credit union. |
| Duties: | 1. Receives and processes member financial transactions in person, through online applications, and through the call center, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, account inquiries, and certificate of deposit, IRA, HSA, and other related account maintenance.
2. Interviews members who have applied for a loan to develop information concerning their loan needs. Analyzes information provided by the member in order to underwrite consumer loan applications.
3. Prepares, reviews, images all related paperwork for transactions and loans processed. Completes general processing and reporting duties assigned by FSC Manager.
4. Keeps informed of current trends and compliance related changes in consumer lending, membership account openings, IRA and/or HSA program facilitation as assigned, and general CU knowledge as needed.

| Qualifications: | Education A high school education or GED required. Secondary education experience preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
Other Skills: Ten key calculator and computer keyboard by touch. Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names. An ability to learn and efficiently use a core processing system in addition to the Microsoft suite of software is required.
