| Description: | The individual in this position will supervise the Financial Services Department to achieve organizational goals and objectives and ensure quality and consistent delivery of service. This person will oversee Financial Services staff to obtain maximum growth and income, while exercising cost efficiency in the new account/lending areas in cooperation with the Financial Services Support Department. This includes making staffing recommendations and supervising, directing and training staff. This individual will monitor workflow and coordinate schedules to ensure coverage. They will also review and underwrite loans, along with much more.

Hours: M-F, 8-5 and as late as 6:00 p.m.,
plus Saturday Supervisor rotation.
