What you will be doing:

The Compensation & HR analyst position is responsible for supporting various HR programs including compensation analysis, HRIS reporting and analytics, payroll and benefits.

Makes recommendation for compensation on all new and updated success profiles (job descriptions)
Conducts and participates in compensation surveys and analysis
Supports HR Business Partners with compensation-related requests
Support HRIS Dashboard implementation
Compiles internal management reports from HRIS
Responsible for generating and delivering of ad hoc report requests
Assists Compensation Manager with Maintaining/updating Compensation Tool (payFactors)
Keeps salary structure up to date in HRIS and Levels and Salaries document
Backs Up/Dual control for benefits, payroll, commission and incentives
Supports annual merit process
Documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Supports bi-annual compensation review
What you need for this position:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (in Business, Human Resources or related field) preferred or equivalent experience.
PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:

2+ years Compensation experience required
Prior experience in the banking and financial sector is preferred
Demonstrates knowledge and Competency using Excel, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, UltiPro and other common business software suites
Ability to monitor and collect data to access accuracy, validity, and integrity.
Ability to collect, and record data; Assess the accuracy, validity and integrity of the data; Interpret and evaluate results, and create reports and/or presentations of the data
Ability to speak and present information clearly, concisely and effectively to large and small groups
Adaptability to a fast paced changing environment
Ability to draw sound conclusions and making responsible recommendations
