What you will be doing: The Learning Management System Administrator / HRIS Administrator role is responsible for the administrative and end user support of our learning management system and HRIS technology. The primary focus of this role is the administration of both the LMS and HRIS, which includes but is not limited to systems development, implementation, maintenance, and coordination of both systems. This role provides ongoing systems and strategy support to provide optimal learning management and HRIS platform performance to support employee engagement and learning, and provides reporting intended to maximize business results.
In collaboration with Corporate Risk and HR, enrolls employees into and creates training/compliance curricula based on job role.
Completes maintenance for learner groups to ensure accurate and timely enrollments. This requires a high level of organization and eye for detail as this role will interact with multiple systems and software.
Generates consistent and reliable metrics and completion reports for live-instruction and online courses
Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing department needs and maintains data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Aids in the testing and quality assurance of eLearning products, specifically as they interact within the SuccessFactors LMS, and provides troubleshooting/solutions for conflicts
In collaboration with IT, recommends hardware and software needed to operate systems.
Trains department and organizational staff on system access and utilization. Provides user phone support as needed to assist with troubleshooting issues. May develop training materials as needed to facilitate orientation to system.
Administration of organizational calendars
What you need for this position:
Education Requirements -
Bachelor’s degree (in IT, Computer Science, Business, Communication, Human Resources or related field preferred)
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements -
2+ years of experience in the administration and responsibility of a Learning Management System (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases such as Salesforce
Experience with design tools used in a learning creation environment (MS PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia) preferred
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in both written and oral formats
Predictive thinker that proactively stays apprised of current industry trends
Have an open collaborative style; ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction
Ability to be unfazed by ambiguity and comfortable in environments with shifting priorities
Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management
