Description:The Operations Support Member Service Representative provides quality assurance within Operations, by reviewing account documents and various reports to ensure documents and processes have been completed accurately, timely in accordance with compliance regulations and Sooper Credit Union policies and procedures. The Operations Support MSR works as a liaison between the front line Member Service Representatives and the member to facilitate and answer questions regarding policies and procedures, as well as to ensure that all processes were completed in accordance with various regulations.
Duties:
Qualifications:Experience: Six months to two years of similar or related experience.

Education: A high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.

Other Skills: Possess strong computer skills and grammar skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: Ability to multi task and work with a sense of urgency in a high volume environment.
