Duties:What will you be doing?

•Serve as the face of the organization and provide exceptional service to the members of Sooper Credit Union

•Learn about our members by listening to them and developing a relationship with them

•Deepen and strengthen the relationship with the member by educating them on our products and services

•Identify and offer products and services that would enhance our members’ financial well-being

•Open new memberships, new accounts, take loan applications as well as process and underwrite loan applications

•Respond to member’s requests, problems/concerns as well as troubleshoot issues

•Participate in achieving individual and branch goals

•Work with team members to drive a high accountability and fun organizational culture

•Share your knowledge and ideas on everything from effective practices to ways we can better support our membership and our team


Qualifications:Knowledge and Skills:

Experience: Six months to two years of similar or related experience.

Education: A high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.

Other Skills: Able to learn the core processing system to be able to process account related transactions/maintenance accurately and efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Windows. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
