Duties: | Key Responsibilities:
Makes recommendation for compensation on all new and updated success profiles (job descriptions)
Conducts and participates in compensation surveys and analysis
Supports HR Business Partners with compensation-related requests
Support HRIS Dashboard implementation
Compile internal management reports from HRIS
Responsible for generating and delivery of ad hoc report requests
Assists Compensation Manager with Maintaining/updating Compensation Tool (payFactors)
Keeps salary structure up to date in HRIS and Levels and Salaries document
Back Up/Dual control for benefits, payroll, commission and incentives
Support annual merit process
Documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Supports bi-annual compensation review
