| Duties: | Position Summary:
The ATM Management Specialist II is a team member of the Operations Payment Services area that is responsible for the daily balancing and cash ordering of the org-wide ATM fleet. Adhere to the organizations policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal regulations and comply with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other compliance requests and requirements.
-Assists with investigating ATM related electronic funds transfers (EFT) customer disputes in accordance with state and federal regulations.
-Under general supervision, works with vendors to ensure ATM servicing practices are maintained.
-Under general supervision, monitor the performance of ATMs by identifying problems and placing service-calls when necessary.
-Under general supervision, performs daily cash management and forecasting activities by preparing cash position spreadsheets and transferring funds as appropriate. Assists with the placements of daily cash order as well as the ongoing monitoring and cash management for all ATMs by utilizing cash vendor reports and data.
-Assists with reconciliation of settlement and work-in-progress accounts.
-Under general supervision, balance all applicable ATM general ledgers (GL) daily.
-Under general supervision, analyze, record and resolve variances in accordance with specific process regarding ATM Cash Reconcilement.
-Prepare settlement related daily cash position spreadsheets.
-Capable of providing centralized support to the credit union branches and membership while adhering to the Operations Service Level Agreement (SLA).
-Tests applicable process and procedure work and collaborates with team members to suggested process efficiencies.
-Perform other job related duties as assigned. |
