| Description: | Member Service Representative - Lakewood
The person in this position assists members with all aspects of opening, servicing and closing all types of accounts offered by the credit union and prepares related documents accurately and completely. They will respond to member inquiries and assist in resolving member problems. Duties include processing incoming mail and online check orders. This individual will participate in weekly rotation of front desk coverage.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:35 am to 5:05 pm;
Rotating later Fridays until 6:05 pm; and
Rotating Saturdays, 8:45 am to 12:35 pm.
