Duties:Summary/Objective:

The Administrative Assistant role is to support departmental leadership in executing operational and tactical tasks to support business operations. The Administrative Assistant will provide a variety of daily support activities such as data entry, filing, team communications and coordinating meetings, events and travel.

Essential Functions include:

-Compiling and completing monthly expense reports
-Leading the employee recognition programs: birthdays, holidays, lunches, catering, teambuilding event planning
-Manage deliveries from various vendors and member inquiries
-Orders and ensure office supply inventory.
-Assists in the scheduling and onboarding of new team members
-Provides coverage and support to other mortgage team members as appropriate
-Misc. duties including filing
-Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
