| Duties: | Summary/Objective:
Perform maintenance functions for the Facilities Department in support of the entire Credit Union. Weekend and off hours work required on occasion.
Essential Functions include:
-Inspect all buildings for maintenance, safety, and security issues
-Setup conference rooms for events and meetings
-Perform minor and general maintenance
-Schedule vehicle maintenance
-Maintain organization (storage rooms, dock and vehicles)
-Schedule vendors and ensure completion of work for: HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical, landscape / snow removal and other vendors
-Fulfill service events (work orders) in a timely manner
-Manage Ergonomic installations
-Carry out staff moves (build cubes or transport boxes etc.)
-Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
-Mail service coverage as needed
Maintain security equipment (backup role):
-Assist Security Specialist to: schedule vendors, change sensor batteries, focus cameras, prepare badges and control access to facilities. |
