Duties:Summary/Objective:

The Director of Digital Business Operations works closely with the SVP of Digital to plan and execute the online banking business plan, develop short term and long-term strategies, marketing programs, experience improvements and oversees the measurement of business progress. The Director of Business Operations partners with the marketing and relevant business departments to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, programs, and third-party partners in support of strategic business needs. This position partners and manages team members toward a focus on achieving member experience and business goals without losing sight of the long-term vision.

Essential Functions include:

-Forecast yearly membership, retail and product goals for digital business channel.
-Manage planning processes. budget, reporting and analytics to provide a clear line of sight of progress and opportunities for improvement.
-Partner with marketing to effectively plan and manage spend throughout the year and new initiatives to support business growth and member engagement.
-Partner with retail channel to plan and execute programs to achieve member experience and business goals.
-Partner with the Digital experience managers to review key product analytics to ensure the organization is constantly improving on member expectations and business opportunities.
-Partners with analytic team to develop appropriate dashboards and insights to make better business decisions.
-Provide leadership to other teams in identifying, documenting, and training on analytic best practices, while helping them to map, document and streamline processes to deliver premium experiences and results.
-Ability to work within the agile / scrum methodology to deliver premium member experiences.
-Accelerate change through the entire organization by applying change management concepts and methods to implement organizational strategies.
-Ensure clear communication and training with the broader organization.
-Create senior leadership proposals and presentations to influence priorities and plan to deliver goals.
-Manage team members, provide guidance, direction and development plans to grow in their careers.
-Ability to take on and lead new projects as needed.
