| Description: | POSITION DETAIL Select Federal Credit Union, located in San Antonio, Texas, with over $45 million in assets is currently in search of a new credit union leader to replace their retiring President/CEO. Under the governance of the board of directors, this individual will be responsible for continuing the strategic development and growth of the credit union. Primary responsibilities will be strengthening the credit union�s brand & focus in the community, enhancing the marketing & promotional strategies, evaluating the credit union�s position in the market & identifying new market opportunities, and promoting healthy & sustainable loan growth. The successful candidate will have a strong and open communication style, strong analytical skills, be service orientated, and have a keen ability to instill strategic vision.
