Credit Union of Denver has the following position available:

Phone Service Representative (Full-Time)

Department: Call Center

The person in this position serves validated members via phone by providing accurate account or card information and maintaining member accounts. The position responds to general telephone inquiries and processes transactions, opens and closes accounts and prepares accurate membership documents. This individual cross sells beneficial credit union products and services.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am -5:00 pm, with ½ hour lunch

Rotating Saturdays 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Rate of Pay: $ 19.98 to $ 21.03 per hour
