Kansas City Credit Union, exceeding $60 million in assets and located in Kansas City, Missouri, is currently in search of a senior financial executive to serve as their President/CEO. Reporting directly to the board of directors, this individual will be responsible for developing a strategic direction for the credit union, strengthening the culture of the organization, and fostering an environment that caters to exceptional member service. This individual will also be charged with coaching and mentoring the staff, improving processes and procedures, strengthening IT operations, and enhancing marketing and branding functions. The ideal candidate will have a holistic understanding of credit union operations to include retail banking, financial management, and lending. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of management experience within a financial institution, possess proven communication skills, and have the ability to fulfill strategic initiatives. Today, the credit union serves residents throughout Jackson, Cass, and Clay Counties in Missouri.
