With approximately $200 million in assets and located in Washington, Pennsylvania, CHROME Federal Credit Union is currently in search of a finance and accounting executive to serve as their Vice President of Finance. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will work in tandem with the CFO overseeing general accounting, budgeting, investments, financial reporting, asset liability management, and financial forecasting. The ideal candidate will also be well versed in the use of technology to create efficiencies, have experience with regulatory compliance, and have the desire and capability to grow into the role of Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills, keen analytical experience, and a strong desire to make a difference in the community CHROME FCU serves. The credit union is seeking someone with five plus years of experience managing finance and accounting functions within a retail banking environment, a bachelor’s degree, and holistic understanding of financial operations.
