Exceeding $400 million in assets and located in Wichita, Kansas, Skyward Credit Union is currently in search of a financial executive to replace their retiring President/CEO. Working in collaboration with the board of directors, this individual will be charged with expanding the reach of the credit union in the community, fostering the relationship with the core membership base, outlining the strategic direction of the credit union, and maintaining the existing high service levels within the organization. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in maintaining positive relationships with auditors and regulators, have strong board relations experience, and have experience in strategically managing an investment portfolio. The credit union is seeking someone with at least five years of senior management experience within a financial institution, proven strategic leadership skills, and the ability to serve as the face of the credit union in the community.
