With over $85 million in assets, located in Springfield, Missouri, Multi-States Credit Union is looking for a senior financial services executive to replace their retiring President/CEO. Reporting directly to the board of directors, the incoming President/CEO will oversee the tactical operations and provide strategic direction for the organization. Responsibilities will include acting as a change agent for the credit union, identifying new talent for the organization, fostering a culture of growth and development for the staff, and outlining a plan for sustainable and managed growth. The successful candidate will have a hands-on leadership style, a fundamental understanding of the accounting and financial operations of a credit union, and have strong board relations experience. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five plus years of leadership experience within a retail banking operation. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred but not required.
