Exceeding $430 million in assets, American Southwest Credit Union, located in Sierra Vista, Arizona is currently in search of accounting and finance professional to serve as their Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the incoming CFO will strategically lead general accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, investments, asset liability management, and financial analysis. Additionally, this individual will be charged with evaluating current processes and procedures and making both tactical and strategic improvements. The CEO will rely on this individual for their expertise and provide the opportunity to greatly impact this area of the credit union. The successful candidate will have five plus years of senior management experience overseeing accounting and finance, possess strong leadership skills and the ability to convey their vision, and be very detailed oriented.
