With over $475 million in assets, GENCO Federal Credit Union, located in Waco, Texas, is currently recruiting for a lending executive to serve as their Vice President of Lending. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the VP of Lending will oversee the loan operations of the credit union to include consumer lending, mortgage lending, and collections. Responsibilities will include loan production, underwriting, funding, and servicing of loans. Additionally, this individual will be charged with strategically growing the loan portfolio, evaluating how loan products and services are provided, and coaching and mentoring a proven lending staff. The successful candidate will have five plus years of experience leading lending operations for a retail banking institution, experience with consumer, mortgage, and indirect lending, and possess strong analytical skills.
