Digital Communication Specialist (Full-Time)

Department: E-Commerce

Responsible for responding to Webchat, Online Banking, and website emails. Assist E-Commerce area to troubleshoot solutions for Zelle, Bill Pay, Online Banking, eStatements, and Mobile Banking issues.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with Saturday rotation.

Rate of Pay: $20.33/hour to $22.59/hour.
