With approximately $400 million in assets, Skyward Credit Union, located in Wichita, Kansas, is currently recruiting for a fiscal executive to replace their retiring Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the President/CEO, this induvial will oversee the accounting and finance operations of the credit union to include general accounting, asset liability management, financial reporting, and budgeting. Additionally, the incoming CFO will strategically manage a large securities portfolio. The successful candidate will have five plus years of senior leadership experience leading finance and accounting operations, be experienced in managing an investment portfolio and monitoring risk, exhibit strong people management skills, and have the ability to effectively communicate the financial position of the credit union at a high level. The credit union also has a strong desire to expand their involvement in participation lending. Experience in this area is a plus. Please include reference number 1552 when applying.
