Golden Triangle Federal Credit Union, located in Groves, Texas, with $36 million in assets, is currently in search of a credit union executive to serve as their President/CEO. Working in conjunction with the board of directors, the incoming President/CEO will be charged with strategically leading the credit union, overseeing the tactical initiatives of the organization, and directing the management of one branch with an established staff of nine employees. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of overall credit union operations, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and be knowledgeable in regulatory compliance and lending. The successful candidate will have five plus years of management experience within a credit union, be an effective communicator, and willing to work in a role that is both strategic and tactical.
