Exceeding $150 million in assets, Quantum Credit Union, located in Wichita, Kansas, is seeking a senior financial services executive to replace their retiring President/CEO. The board of directors will look to this individual to strategically provide direction that will advance the credit union in its initiatives to serve underserved markets, grow the membership base, increase assets, and identify inorganic growth opportunities through mergers. Additionally, this individual will play a leading role in the credit union’s desire to be an active participant in the community. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in credit union operations and have a general understanding of operations, lending, and finance. The board of directors is seeking someone with a minimum of five years of proven executive leadership experience within a financial institution, a history of progression and strategic leadership, and holds a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
