A Day in the Life as a Card Specialist:

As a Card Specialist with Credit Union of Denver, you will be supporting member service by performing card maintenance on all facets of the card program, including investigating and processing any fraud/dispute claims and answering general card inquiries regarding credit and debit card accounts. You will also be advising staff in the prevention of fraud to reduce potential losses and protect the assets of the Credit Union and our members.

What you will do:

-Card Support/Maintenance: Respond to card related questions from employees and members regarding debit, credit and home equity card accounts. Perform card maintenance to ensure and maintain a high level of member service.

-Investigate Fraudulent Activity: Research and analyze members' fraud/dispute claims, identify and report fraud trends.

-Process Fraud/Dispute Claims: Process member fraud/dispute claims and ensure provisional credits are provided in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

What we are looking for:

-High School education or equivalent

-1-3 years of similar or related experience preferred. Related experience can include previous experience in teller/member services, fraud prevention, claims/dispute resolution or credit card operations/processing.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with 1 hour lunch

Rotating Saturdays 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Salary Range:

22.56-25.06 per hour
