A Day in the Life as an Operations Floater:

Provide account services and teller line back-up for all branches and assist other departments as needed. Back up the Lead at the Tivoli Branch when needed.

What you will do:

-Member Service: Assist members and staff with questions and/or problems about accounts, loans, deposits, investments and new products and services. Assist members with Decedent, Estate, Living Trust, Transfer-to-Minor, Representative Payee and Business accounts.

-Account Maintenance: Process deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, transfers, night depository and mail transactions, including Shared Branching transactions.

-Assist with other Departments: Be a back-up member service and teller staff at all branches, including the Lead position at Tivoli Branch (when needed).

What we are looking for:

-High School education or equivalent

-1-3 years of similar or related experience preferred. Related experience can include previous experience in Banking, Financial Services, Teller, Phone Service Representative, Account/Member Service Representative.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 8:35 AM-5:05 PM

Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM -12:30 PM

Salary Range:

20.33-22.59 per hour
