Exceeding $1.4 billion in assets, Ventura County Credit Union, located in Ventura, California, is currently recruiting for a Chief Information Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the incoming CIO will be charged with tactically leading technology for the credit union and developing a technological strategic plan that will move the organization forward. Primarily responsibilities will be to evaluate the existing structure of the IT department; develop, coach, and mentor the IT staff; oversee and manage vendor relationships; and lead a project driven environment. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities, possess a hands-on management style, be well-versed in all areas of technology to include networking and systems, programming, and security. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to develop and implement a strategic vision. This opportunity is an in-office position and requires five plus years of senior leadership experience within a financial institution. Credit union experience is preferred. The salary range for this role will be between $220,000 - $280,000 per year. Please include reference number 1564 when applying.
