With approximately $650 million in assets, Heartland Credit Union, located in Hutchinson, Kansas, is currently in search of a senior finance and accounting executive to serve as their Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this individual will assume the leading role over the accounting and finance operations of the credit union. Primary responsibilities will be overseeing general accounting functions, budgeting, forecasting, ALM, financial reporting, and investments. Additionally, you will be charged with evaluating documentation processes and making improvements to operational procedures within the department. The successful candidate will have five plus years of experience leading accounting and finance operations and have the ability to develop and implement a strategic vision for the department.
