With approximately $228 million in assets, located in Binghamton, New York, GHS Federal Credit Union is currently in search of a seasoned executive to serve as their President/CEO. Working in conjunction with the board of directors, the governing body will look to this individual to develop a proactive strategic plan to develop new business development channels, strengthen the credit union’s presence in the community, and promote new membership growth. Additionally, the board will rely on this individual to expand into new lending channels, cultivate business relationships in the region, and formulate sound value propositions and differentiators for the organization. Successful candidate will have five plus years of senior management experience within a financial institution and possess experience in developing strategy and promoting change.
