A Day in the Life as a Operations Assistant

Assists members with financial transactions. Provide guidance, support and training to Tellers. Responsible for opening, balancing and closing the Credit Union daily. Manages and controls vault and ATM.

What you will do:

Branch Operations: Opening, closing, and balancing the Credit Union daily.

Teller Training & Support: Provide guidance, training and support for all tellers.

Vault & Cash Management: Order, receive and verify incoming chase from bank and reconcile cash differences. Balance the vault and the branch to ensure branch chase on hand balances at close of business.

ATM & Cash Recycler Operations: Replenish, maintain and audit ATM and cash recyclers.

Member Transactions: Receive and process member financial transactions, ensuring incoming mail deposits, payments and night depository are completed daily.

What we are looking for:

-High School education or equivalent.

- One year to three years of similar or related experience required. Experience with on-line data processing system and previous supervisory experience desired. Previous credit union experience preferred. Similar or related experience can include: Senior/Lead Teller, Bank Operations Assistant, Retail Banker, Senior level Member Service Representative, Vault Teller.

- Corelation Keystone experience preferred; candidates with experience in similar core banking systems will be considered.

Schedule:

This position follows a rotating schedule:

Lobby: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 6 PM & rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM- 12:45 PM

Drive Up: Monday-Friday 7:45 AM-5:45 PM or 9:45 AM-5:45 PM & rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM-1:15 PM

Salary Range:

$24.49-$25.53 per hour
