With approximately $370 million in assets, Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union, located in Houston, Texas, is currently in search of a lending executive to serve as their Vice President of Lending & Loss Prevention. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the incoming executive will oversee the credit union’s lending operations to include origination, underwriting, funding, and servicing. Responsibilities will include driving loan volume, evaluating operating procedures within the department, monitoring portfolio risk, and coaching and developing the lending team. The ideal candidate needs to bring a strategic vision to the lending department and have the ability enhance consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending operations. Additionally, the successful candidate will have an extensive background in strengthening lending sales programs, and inspiring loan consultants to promote lending volume.
