Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, TTCU, with over $2.5 billion in assets, is currently recruiting for a Director of Underwriting. Reporting directly to the Chief Lending Officer, the Director of Underwriting will oversee both direct and indirect consumer underwriting. Responsibilities will include evaluating existing products, processes and procedures, monitoring and adjusting underwriting policies as necessary, coaching, counseling and training staff, and monitoring risk within the portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to drive loan production while ensuring portfolio quality, extensive experience with indirect lending, strong analytical skills to improve efficiencies and recommend product revisions, and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of senior leadership experience overseeing underwriting operations for a retail banking institution. Please include reference number 1593 when applying.
