Exceeding $6 billion in assets, Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU), located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is currently recruiting for a senior executive to serve as their Chief Experience Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Chief Experience Officer will own the member experience. Primary responsibilities will be overseeing an expansive branch network, strategically enhancing the digital experience members have when engaging the credit union, and leading financial/investment advisory services. The credit union will look to the Chief Experience Officer to embrace TFCU’s deep philosophy on service and map, evaluate, and enhance all member touchpoints throughout the credit union. The successful candidate will possess extensive leadership skills that have been proven to inspire teams and bring a vision that will elevate TFCU’s digital footprint. Ten plus years of senior leadership experience coupled with a bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Please include reference number 1590 when applying.
