A Day in Life as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist:

Ensures accurate and timely payroll processing and benefit plan administration. Maintains ADP Workforce Now database to encompass up-to-date employee, salary and benefit information. Responds to employee questions pertaining to payroll and benefits.

What we are looking for:

Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field) in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred.

Three years to five years of similar or related experience preferred. Similar/Related Experience can include but is not limited to: Payroll Clerk, HR Generalist, Payroll Assistant, Onboarding Specialist, Benefits Administrator.

Working Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).

Strong understanding of employment and benefit laws (FLSA, ACA, COBRA, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Customer service mindset and great communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5 PM

Salary Range:

$29.17- $33.04 per hour
