With approximately $40 million in assets, Old Ocean Federal Credit Union, located in Sweeny, Texas is currently in search of a financial services executive to replace their retiring President/CEO. The incoming executive will work with the board of directors to strategically lead the credit union and seek out opportunities to grow the membership. Primarily responsibilities will be to develop strategic initiatives and direction for the credit union, lead the daily operations of the organization, maintain the financial strength of the credit union, and foster the existing culture of exceptional member service. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of leadership experience within a financial institution, a fundamental understanding of credit union operations and the functions of consumer lending, and possess strong leadership skills.
