A Day in the Life as a Phone Service Representative:

To serve validated members via phone by providing accurate account or card information and cross sell beneficial credit union products/services while maintaining member accounts.

What we are looking for:

-High School education or equivalent.

-1-3 years of similar or related experience preferred. Related experience can include previous experience in banking/financial industries or previous customer service experience.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM -12:30 PM

Salary Range:

$21.10- $23.94 per hour

Location:

Lakewood, CO

Candidates must be based in Colorado. This role requires working onsite for the first 90 days. After that, remote work may be available based on performance and business needs.
